Your businessAgreed later payment
Connecting your payment needs.
Supplier 01Earlier payment
Supplier 02Earlier payment
Supplier 03Earlier payment
Earlier payment for suppliers. Later payment for you.
What is supplier financing?
Two payment needs. One shared solution.
Supplier financing, also known as reverse factoring, is built around invoices approved by the purchasing business.
Your supplier has delivered, but paying later would better suit your cash flow. The finance provider pays the supplier under agreed terms, and you settle with the provider on a specified later date.
A longer payment term need not tie up your supplier’s cash. The arrangement is tailored following an assessment of the buyer, suppliers and transactions.
More flexibility on both sides
Stronger partners. More predictable purchasing.
For your business
Align your payments with your operating cycle.
Agreed extended terms. Help bridge the gap between purchasing and receiving your own sales revenue.
Digital administration. Manage the financing process and its documents through one digital channel.
Stronger supplier relationships. Create an opportunity for earlier supplier payment while you pay later.
For your suppliers
They can focus on the next order.
Earlier access to revenue. Approved invoices can be paid once the agreed funding conditions are met.
More predictable operations. Released funds can support materials, wages and the next delivery.
Clear payment arrangements. An agreed payment schedule helps both sides plan their finances.
Limits, fees and payment terms are set out in the individual offer and agreement.
How it works
From approved invoice to predictable payment.
1. Your supplier delivers
Your business checks and approves performance and the invoice.
2. The finance provider pays
The supplier receives payment within the approved facility once contractual conditions are met.
3. You pay on the agreed date
You settle the agreed amount with the finance provider according to your payment schedule.
When can it help?
When business activity and payments move at different speeds.
01 / Trading
Inventory comes first. Revenue comes later.
You purchase, store and then sell. Financing can help align supplier payments with the revenue from those sales.
02 / Manufacturing
Materials cannot wait.
Buy the components and materials needed for your next order. Earlier supplier payment can support continuity while you follow an agreed payment schedule.
03 / Seasonal business
Prepare earlier. Sell later.
Purchases grow ahead of the season. A suitable financing facility may help manage temporary increases in working-capital requirements.
A practical example
The goods have arrived. Your cash can keep working.
A trading company regularly orders from several suppliers. Those suppliers need cash for their next production run, while the buyer will sell the stock later.
The buyer approves the completed invoices. Subject to the approved facility and conditions, the finance provider pays the suppliers. The buyer then pays the provider on the agreed later date.
Illustrative example. Timing, eligible invoices and costs depend on the individual agreement.
Earlier payment for suppliers. Later payment for you.

Frequently asked questions
Know what to expect.
Who initiates supplier financing?
The arrangement is organised around the purchasing company. We review your operations, supplier network and anticipated invoice volume to assess suitable options.
Which invoices can be included?
We assess invoices for completed transactions that have been checked and approved by the buyer. Eligibility depends on the companies involved, documentation and available facility.
How much longer can the payment term be?
There is no automatic extension that applies to every business. Terms depend on your operating cycle, risk assessment and agreement.
When is my supplier paid?
After invoice approval, the required checks and fulfilment of the contractual disbursement conditions. The schedule is clarified during discussions.
How are fees determined?
Your offer may depend on the amount, financing period, expected volume and risk. We clarify total costs, who bears them and how they are settled before contracting.
Do my suppliers need to participate?
Yes. The parties need to agree invoice acceptance, financing conditions and payment arrangements. We work with you on how to bring your supplier network into the process.
